Received engineer License in Optical Systems and Electronic Communications degree from Technical University of Moldova in 2004, and Master in 2006. Licensed in DWDM for Cisco and Huawei equipment, MPLS in IP RAN(Huawei), TE MPLS, CORE and EDGE routers MPLS network form ZTE, Huawei and Cisco. Currently work in MPLS and IPoDWDM (10/40/100Gbps) networks. Develops, presents proposals on the implementation of information technologies and deploys solutions for the deployment of MPLS, IPoDWDM, DWDM, BRAS, Internet, IPTV networks, and transport data for local and international operators from Moldtelecom IP networks.
