Diana Zaharia is the Head of the Institutional Management Department and the Manager of the World Bank Project “Modernisation of Government Services” implemented by the Electronic Governance Agency.

She has been working for 16 years in the development sector, collaborating with many central public administration institutions and development partners such as DFID, British Embassy, EU, UNDP. Since 2015, she has been involved in planning and implementation of modern technological developments in public administration management and lately, with a particular focus on the e-Governance area.
